Montene's Story
From a young age, Montene could always talk and listen to anyone, so much so that her mother had to watch out for her going up to strangers. She accepted Jesus Christ at six years old, and one of her gifts is the ability to be in tune with others. A born evangelist, her great love for the Lord meant she told everyone who would listen.
As a military wife, she moved around in the 21 years her husband served. Her husband, Mark, is now a volunteer pastor and businessman. With all the years of moving and change, Montene is able to relate to people right where they are.
The Lord has opened up relationships with leaders in politics, education, and ministry. Montene has spent her life learning and has always known she is meant to help others. A lifelong learner, She loves reading and hearing other people’s stories.

Montene was on an internet radio station for two years when she was called to start a podcast called “Redemptive Plan Coaching with Montene.” She didn't want her podcast to be just another ministry but to be an encouragement to coach listeners through areas they might struggle with. She speaks on topics from religion, politics, and business to education. As you listen weekly, her messages and those of her guests will encourage, inspire, and possibly change you.
As a coach and mentor, she will direct you toward the Word of God and other books that will help you grow. No matter where you are, Montene will encourage you to flourish in life, going from your current situation to help you reach your goals.
She specializes in trauma, mental health, and relationship coaching. She coaches leaders and couples, and her wealth of life experiences will help anyone who struggles to move toward their goals. Montene is certified in Life and Mental Health coaching from Light University.
